Nature of the website and enquiries
smartgov.sk is an information and presentation website. Its public area is not an online shop. Sending an email, describing a requirement or taking part in an initial consultation does not itself constitute an order, the conclusion of a contract or a binding quotation. The scope, price and terms of any cooperation are agreed separately.
Feature and availability information
SmartGovIOT is in development. The website distinguishes between available capabilities, pilot solutions and features in development. A description of a feature or an illustrative workflow does not mean that the feature is automatically available in every deployment. The specifically agreed and technically verified scope is decisive.

The content is updated as the project develops and information is verified. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, but public website content does not replace individual technical, legal, security or other professional documentation for a specific deployment.
